P.Mauriat burst onto the scene creating excellent horns at affordable prices that are geared towards the player who needs the extra power, or doesn't want to mortage their house searching for their sound. As with all of the Rolled Tone hole models, the truly unique rolling process uses the saxophone's existing material, unlike rolled tone holes of the past, there is no soldering here. The tone holes are drawn from the body and then rolled over allowing superior resonance throughout the entire saxophone and increased response in all ranges.

The bell is also enlarged to compliment an already warm, fat sound. This tenor is designed to play uninhibitedly, resonating freely, without the dampening that can occur from some lacquering processes. This is the horn that allows a player to shape and create the sound they are cultivating and the music they've always dreamed of.
