The System-76 Alto offers a centered tone and a warm timbre. This is P. Mauriat's most popular professional model, available in either a dark lacquer, gold lacquer, or unlacquered finish.
This alto has an expanded bore and bell in order to better facilitate a large and present sound without sacrificing tonal stability or dynamic ability. It is outfitted with P. Mauriat's Super VI neck, a high-F# range, hand-engraved body and abalone key touches.
