This Conn New Wonder I Baritone Sax was made in 1917 (44xxx). It includes the original neck and a ProTec ProPac case.
The neck seems to have been modified to add a hook to help with placing the neck pip against the body key, it doesn't seem original.

This grand, deep-toned, mellow-voiced instrument is greatly prized as soft bass in the band of orchestra where it can be successfully used as a substitute for the bassoon. In the plaintive compositions, It is almost indispensable. It is is the natural fundament of the reed section of the band, and is also very effective in bass or baritone solos with band, orchestra or Piano accompaniment.
