The Tools4Winds mahogany straight mute provides a warmer, less abrasive alternative to metal designs with a striking appearance. The mute is made out of mahogany, providing a rich tone. If you're a fan of wooden mutes, or looking for a different color to your sound, give this a try!
Tools4Winds also makes a contrabass trombone version which can be special ordered, but the bass trombone mute is rather large anyway, and does work well with some F basses/contrabasses.
