This horn was custom made by Osmun specifically for playing the famed "Bartok Gliss". It is pitched in F, with a double-slide, so its positions are similar to alto trombone. There is no trigger so the range is limited down to B-natural.
It is constructed out of two Bach 50 handslides and an Osmun bell and is without a doubt the lightest weight, easiest to play F bass out there.
