What does the name mean?
B40: Same facing as the B45 with a wider tip rail, it produces a compact and centered sound.
Lyre: Longer facing length (table), shorter opening than normal B40. "The perfect blend between a round sound and rich tone color. Easy blowing especially in the upper register."
Series 13: Vandoren has developed the “13 series” mouthpiece specifically for American clarinetists using A440 pitch.
Profile 88: A different exterior angle of the beak, longer and narrower than traditional. May be more comfortable to certain players.
